Online Ordering Information
 
To be eligible for wholesale pricing, you need to be an existing customer or an established company with a valid tax identification number.    When you register, be sure to fully complete the profile page and indicate WHOLESALE in the Username and Password section.  Upon application approval, you can then log-in using your approved user-name and password.  Wholesale prices should be visible under the retail price. 

 

Minimum Order: $150.00

 

Terms:   Currently, online ordering accepts credit cards only.    Established customers wanting Net 30 days terms can fax their orders to 302-453-1453 or call 800-250-9011 8AM – 5PM EST.

 

First Time/New Account:   Payment via credit cards is requested for first time orders.   

 

Returns:   Please contact customer service at 800-250-9011 to obtain a return authorization.     All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.

 

Backorders:   The shopping cart will not accept orders for items that are out of stock.    Please contact customer service for questions regarding availability.
